Finally got this finished anyhow lads,the dirty russian group build dio that ye are all familiar with by now anyhow so here are some shots of the final product,an enjoyable project overall despite some frustrating fit issues with the truck itself but the rest of the idea for the dio turned out mostly that what i had planed to do anyhow esp with the mud.Thanks to Spud for the donation of the miniart pushing russian soldiers and to David for donating the russian weapons for them :o)b The full description and step by step of the build is in the group build section for info on how was done and what was used etc etc :)

Fantastic work Brian and it turned out excellent in the end after all that work. It looked superb in the flesh on Saturday night. I was afraid to touch the mud it looked so wet :D Great effect!

Well done, certainly a real eye-catcher and one to be proud of [smilie=first.gif]

Cheers Vinny!yeah i was surprised myself how much of a wet look effect that clear varnish took on :) ,def something i will be using again for some more muddy dios,must get the motivation now to finish off the field kitchen diorama as well hopfully for the next meeting :)
