Hi M8's some summer eh.

More Beach Bumming then bumming around in the shed this weather. Getting along with this yoke. Fraid another Mediocre model from my stable. I reckon the Enthusiasm boils off towards the end and I get fed up with the effort it takes nowadays not to mind the battles with primer and paints....

Humbrols with Alclad Matt ' Light grey dust' Varnish.

took some shots with the model facing east....

That's a lovely turkey. My favourite aircraft.

If you can. Try Mr paint lacquer paints. Just tried a couple of them. Spray fab, smell makes you see aliens though. When I get their primer will let you know what it's like.

Ta M8, I used Tamya primer, the only person in History it seems where the primer did no take to the Plastic. I reckon it is the Temperature of the Portacabin being too cold r summit.

I like the Humbrols but the Matt varnish is poxy.

There some many paints now it is getting confusing!!

As-Salam-u-Alaikum m8! This is quality! Love it!! For a kit that isn't supposed to be that good you certainly sold it to me... she looks fab! Your finish paint job to date I think.

Nearly done with this Yoke, all the bits n bobs are on now. Should of painted the red on the Doors before glueing but did not think the Iranians had the red like the US Navy so had to brush paint em in.

Just 2 aerials now to put on the Spine and shes done.

Here some pics

Absolutely class dude! You certainly made that Italeri kit into a beauty. It looks like an F-14 to me anyway and I'll be hanging onto the one I have in my stash... certainly cheaper than a Tamiya version.

That's a sweet camo scheme, and very nicely executed!
