I have been working on this kit since October. I have done four other kits during the same time. The full interior kit has a lot of work in it. I made the side skirts out of an aluminium can because I did the wrong zimmerit pattern on the plastic ones.
I made modifications to the kit to make it more accurate to the photo that I found of the panther with the same markings.
I hope to finish this kit soon as I have a lot of projects planned for future builds.

Great work on that Panther. Fantastic amount of detail and great weathering too.

Impressive looking kit and you're doing it justice too. :o)b Excellent zimmerit detail , as good as I've seen on any kit. Takom are definitley raising the bar quality wise and they're doing 1/72 kits now as well.

Thank you, I spent a long time researching the zimmerit pattern on the panther. The tamiya zimmerit tool worked really well to reproduce it. It was my first time making zimmerit and I was terrified because I thought that I might ruin the kit.
